The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Hairdresser'.

Description Brief: The Hairdresser provides professional hair services aboard luxury expedition vessels, including haircuts, hair coloring, and gentleman’s grooming. This position requires proficiency with all hair types and staying updated with the latest trends and technology. The Hairdresser must possess thorough knowledge of hair care, excellent practical techniques, and strong communication skills. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, promoting spa services, and occasionally covering the Spa Reception desk. This role reports to the Spa Manager and operates within the Spa Department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience with luxury or ultra-luxury cruise ships.
  • International/National qualifications and hairdressing certificates.
  • Minimum of 3 year apprenticeship and 1 year work experience.
  • STCW 4 Basic Training.
