The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Guest Relations Manager'.

Description Brief: The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Guest Services operation onboard, ensuring all guest enquiries, requests, service issues and complaints are handled professionally and efficiently.

Leading and supporting the Guest Service Officers, you will work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional service, resolve guest concerns, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience throughout their voyage. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Hotel School Diploma or similar preferred
  • Demonstrated luxury hospitality and/or cruise ship experience
  • Approx. 2 years' experience as Guest Relations Manager, with previous cruise ship experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent English, written and spoken and good knowledge of one other (foreign) language, (i.e. Spanish, French, Italian)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • MXP experience is an advantage
