The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Chef de Partie

Description Brief: As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in your designated kitchen section. We incorporate all Chef de Partie's in the development of new menus, ensuring all food preparation meets company standards and health regulations. Your role includes supervising and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and monitoring portion and waste control. Collaboration with other kitchen sections is essential for smooth service.

Daily tasks involve attending galley meetings, managing protein mise en place for various menus, and a la carte orders. You will ensure logs are filled and the kitchen is cleaned after each shift, set up your station, and assist during service. Additionally, you will help with kitchen wash down and proper storage of items.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 4 contracts' experience as a Chef de Partie onboard Passenger Cruise Ships - on various stations and/or cuisines.
- Excellent A La Carte experience. 
- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position.
- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
