The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Galley Utility'.

Description Brief:

The Galley Utility is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the galley (kitchen) and other food preparation areas. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean and ready for use. The Galley Utility plays a crucial part in delivering a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
