We are a premium river cruise company operating across Europe, known for curating memorable guest experiences both on board and ashore. We are looking for a new member to join our dedicated in-house team, which handles our contractual matters.

You will be responsible for sourcing and contracting a wide range of services that enhance our shore programs. This includes excursions, guides, transport services, and hotel accommodation in your assigned region. You’ll work with both existing and new suppliers to secure the best quality, value, and service delivery for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify suitable suppliers for excursions and hotel stays.
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms.
  • Conduct annual rebuying and reconfirmation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to align offerings with guest expectations.
  • Maintain accurate contract and pricing records.
  • Conduct site visits and supplier meetings as needed.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues proactively.
  • Responsible for ongoing Scenic Contract Management System
Experience and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in contracting, tourism, DMCs, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel in assigned region.
