The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced Massage, Yoga & Fitness Coach.

Description Brief:

The Wellness Coach is responsible for leading scheduled fitness and yoga classes, conducting personal training sessions, and delivering massage therapy services. These professionals bring extensive experience, particularly in yoga instruction and massage techniques.

The Wellness Coach must have a strong understanding of all fitness and spa services offered, hold current certifications, and possess a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the role involves creating a welcoming, high-quality environment and delivering tailored instruction that meets the health and fitness needs of our guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certification in Yoga, Pilates, TRX and other forms of fitness.
• Must hold an International/National qualification.
• Certification in Massage Therapy.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills.
• Must be able to present information in front of a large group.
• Must be a team player.
