Requirements:

  • Experience in the same filed 
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable
  • Team player
  • Problem solver, troubleshooter
  • Working under pressure and in stressful situation
  • Smart presentation
  • Familiar with working in a multicultural environment
  • Outgoing toward guests
  • Having an eye for guests’ needs
  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations according to the Company standards and procedures
  • Retaining full knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • Taking food and beverage orders via onboard system
  • Being aware of the guest's specific needs and dietary requirements and recommending suitable alternatives
  • Serving food and beverage items according to the Company standard and procedures
  • Performing special duties during additional F&B events
  • Ensuring proper set up as per Company standard
