Requirements:
- Experience in the same filed
- Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
- College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable
- Team player
- Problem solver, troubleshooter
- Working under pressure and in stressful situation
- Smart presentation
- Familiar with working in a multicultural environment
- Outgoing toward guests
- Having an eye for guests’ needs
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations according to the Company standards and procedures
- Retaining full knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Taking food and beverage orders via onboard system
- Being aware of the guest's specific needs and dietary requirements and recommending suitable alternatives
- Serving food and beverage items according to the Company standard and procedures
- Performing special duties during additional F&B events
- Ensuring proper set up as per Company standard
