The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join the growing team at Scenic & Emerald Cruises. This role is a key part of the marketing team, providing essential administrative and marketing support to help drive the successful execution of planned marketing programs for our two award-winning ultra-luxury cruise brands.
Supporting the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, you’ll play an integral part in coordinating multi-level campaigns from planning, strategy and execution. You must have a well-rounded foundational understanding of print and digital marketing tactics and corresponding best practices to be able to support senior marketing team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support and Project Management
- Support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across print, digital, and email channels, with the objective of driving awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage project deployment schedules, track tactics and meet deadlines as required.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal team members and external partners to request, create and deploy high-impact assets as they relate to marketing and communications to ensure timely completion.
- Work with Sales and Brand Directors to create monthly dedicated eNewsletters and provide co-op marketing support for Travel Agents.
- Digital summary: social media content planning, building digital strategy, campaigns & tracking
- Manage our Trade Facebook content calendar: write copy, gather assets and post on an ongoing basis.
- Manage in-market email content calendars, proactively build deployment schedules, and create third-party (B2B) emails for Trade Agent and Consumer Databases.
- Use software to create/regionalise emails for Canadian audience (write/edit copy, update images, reflect current offers etc.) while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Campaign support through website audits, setup of promotion codes and campaign tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Infinity Hub)
- Proofread and confirm copy & brand accuracy of print and digital marketing collateral.
- Plan, book and track regional & national print media insertions.
- Support Marketing Director and Manager with invoice processing and budget tracking
- Assist with monitoring and reporting results using statistical, financial, and non-financial data.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with luxury products or within the travel industry.
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to maintain brand voice.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with email marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Positive team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
