The Role: We seek a talented and experienced 'Turnaround and Operations Coordinator '.
Description Brief: The Shore Excursion Coordinator - Corporate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Corporate Shore Excursion Manager in the planning, organisation, and coordination of global shore excursion operations across the Scenic and Emerald Ocean fleets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the luxury cruise industry. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of shore excursion programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Essential Background:
- 1–3 years of experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry, preferably in shore excursions, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Solid understanding of tour operations or shore excursion logistics, with a strong interest in growing within the luxury cruise sector.
- Demonstrated ability to support complex operational processes and manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient way.
- Communication & Language:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Experience with MXP or similar operational systems is highly desirable, including tour creation, pricing validation, and data accuracy management.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation templates, and shared tracking tools to maintain high data accuracy
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and the ability to spot discrepancies early.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide temporary onboard support when required.
- Flexible and solution-focused, with the ability to manage administrative tasks while contributing to operational delivery.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support shore excursion operations when needed
